Kundrathur Autism School Renovation Project

We invite you to join us for the inauguration of the newly renovated facilities on 25th July 2023. The event will be graced by our esteemed Chief Guest, Dr. Arthi IAS, and will mark the official opening of the upgraded school.

The Kundrathur Autism School Renovation Project is a comprehensive initiative led by Nan Sei Foundation. The project includes:

  • Toilet and Sewage System Upgrade: Construction of new toilets and a 10-feet sewage system to ensure proper sanitation and hygiene.
  • Autism Therapy Equipment and Accessories: Installation of specialized therapy equipment tailored to the needs of autistic students.
  • Sensory Walk Path: Development of a dedicated sensory walk path to stimulate sensory integration and promote cognitive and motor skills.
  • School Cleaning and Painting: Cleaning and painting of 840 square feet of the school to create a vibrant and conducive learning environment.
  • Artwork and Murals: Commissioning local artists to create inspiring artwork that reflects the spirit of inclusion and diversity.
  • Washbasin Installation: Adding additional washbasin units to facilitate proper hand hygiene practices.
  • Roofing Sheets for Sheds: Installing 282 square feet of roofing sheets to provide sheltered spaces for various activities.
  • Overhead Water Tank: Installation of 1000-liter overhead tank to ensure a consistent water supply.
  • Labor Workers: Engaging skilled labor to execute the renovation and construction work.

Safe Home for Parentless Children

The Nansei Foundation embarked on a mission to provide a safe and nurturing environment for parentless children. Recognizing the urgent need for a secure home for children without familial support and those living in damaged houses, the foundation initiated the construction of a Safe Home. This report details the completion of the project, highlighting the key milestones and outcomes.

Success Stories


Kaviya (Age 14): Before moving into the Safe Home, Kaviya struggled with insecurity and lack of access to education. Now, she is enrolled in school, excelling in her studies, and dreams of becoming a teacher.
Gayathri (Age 11): Gayathri faced challenges due to a lack of parental support and a damaged living environment. With the support of the Safe Home, she enjoys a stable living condition and participates in various extracurricular activities, fostering her talents in art and music.
The completion of the Safe Home marks a significant milestone in the Nansei Foundation's mission to support vulnerable children. With a secure and nurturing environment, Kaviya and Gayathri now have the opportunity to thrive and build brighter futures. The foundation remains committed to its cause and looks forward to continued community support and engagement.
